ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

Ambra Graham is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Missouri in Saint Louis. Ambra works with adults and has experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, stress, and racial battle fatigue.

With Ambra, you’ll find a warm, grounded, collaborative presence and an approach that integrates trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative exploration, mindfulness, and relational work to support your unique process. Therapy with her is centered around building self-trust, deepening insight, honoring your lived experience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Ambra’s work is informed by both clinical training and lived experience, including deep respect for cultural identity, the power of personal stories, and the importance of de-pathologizing emotional responses. She strives to hold space that is nonjudgmental, affirming, culturally responsive, and deeply attuned to each client’s needs.

In Ambra’s words, therapy is…

I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, where your experiences are honored, your emotions make sense, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels safe and true to you. As a black woman I feel a deep call to create a safe therapeutic space for black and brown communities that honors their lived experiences.

We might be a good match if…

  • you're navigating relational challenges, anxiety, life transitions, or ongoing stress

  • you value working with a therapist who honors cultural identity and understands how lived experiences, especially within Black communities, shape mental health, relationships, and healing

  • you are looking for a supportive space that honors both mind and body while helping you build a more grounded, fulfilling life
