Anna Mumford is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Missouri in Saint Louis. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults, and have experience supporting individuals navigating life changes, anxiety, working through big emotions, and wanting to make changes in their lives.
With Anna, you’ll find a warm collaborative presence and an approach that integrates CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to support your unique process. Therapy with them is centered around building self-esteem, trust, and navigating the world around you in a way that feels right to you.
