Annie also provides life and career coaching.
With Annie, you’ll find a compassionate, fully present therapist who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space. Her approach is filled with curiosity, affirmation, and collaboration. She combines various techniques, including Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), all tailored to support your unique journey of growth and self-discovery.
Working with Annie is about building trust, deepening insight, and fostering a compassionate understanding of yourself.
