Elizabeth Brown is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Elizabeth specializes in supporting clients through trauma, loss, stress, and anxiety, navigating life decisions, understanding our needs and boundaries, and in developing more fulfilling relationships with ourselves, others (including our partners), and our work. She is passionate about exploring questions around and/or transitions into motherhood and parenthood.
Elizabeth’s curious, compassionate, and judgment-free approach to inquiry will guide you through an exploratory process that will make space for you to redefine your relationship with yourself–body, mind, and spirit. Her integrative approach is rooted in generous questions and draws on her experience in mindfulness and somatic practices, expressive arts, parts work, and narrative theory.

Therapy is for everyone. I see therapy as a space for personal inquiry, healing, and transformation. Therapy is a tool we can all use to support us along the path to becoming more fully ourselves, to move in the direction of feeling *more* in our bodies and in our relationships, or toward greater ease, presence, and sense of purpose in our lives - whatever it is you desire. Therapy can be a reckoning or reconnection with past selves and an investment in future selves all at once. In my work, the therapy process is collaborative. The way I see it, my job is to remain grounded in my own self-energy, with curiosity, compassion, and creativity as the guiding force. From that place, I work to facilitate the relationship you have with your own inner knowing. The space is yours, we co-create.
