ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

Elizabeth Von is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She works with adolescents and young adults and supports clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating, and substance use.

Liz is especially passionate about helping people reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with their sense of hope. Her approach is warm, honest, and person-centered. She blends relational-cultural therapy, parts work, and EMDR to meet you exactly where you are, with care and curiosity.

In Liz’s words, therapy is…

To me, therapy is a place where you get to show up fully and unapologetically—messy feelings, hard questions, and all. It’s a space that’s inclusive, non-judgmental, and deeply human. Together, we explore, learn, unlearn, laugh, cry, and grow. Healing isn’t always linear, but it can be real and lasting when you don’t have to walk through it alone.

We might be a good match if…

  • you are looking for an open, affirming space to unpack your life experiences

  • you want to build stronger, more authentic relationships—with yourself, others, and the world around you

  • you are seeking a culturally responsive therapist who shows up as a real person, not just a professional
