ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

Grayson Rosen (he/him) is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Grayson works with adults and specializes in supporting clients in self-exploration, identity development, life transitions, anxiety, burnout, developing self-compassion, and embracing neurodivergence.

As a queer and neurodivergent person himself, Grayson strives to create an environment where people of all gender identities, attraction patterns, relational orientations, and neurotypes feel affirmed and can develop pride in who they are. His approach is rooted in empathy and non-judgmental acceptance and is built upon the practice of deep listening. Establishing a trusting relationship is his first priority.

Grayson is also listening for the “shoulds” and is ready to highlight areas where society’s expectations are causing internal shame or pulling people away from their values. His style is collaborative, integrates compassionate curiosity and humor, and is highly individualized. He draws from narrative therapy, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT skills, and is trauma-informed.

In Grayson’s words, therapy is…

Therapy is a space where you can slow down, lay out your complicated tangle of struggles, and together with your therapist unearth what is truly you. To me, the magic of therapy comes once we’ve built a deep trust and alliance between us. That’s when you can drop your defenses, be truly seen, and be accepted.

We might be a good match if…

  • you are exploring your identity and want to live more authentically

  • you are or wonder if you might be neurodivergent and want to build a life that works for you

  • you suspect some of your problems are rooted in systems of oppression

  • you want a safe space to process impactful past experiences

  • you’re ready to take back the authorship of your story
