Jason comes to Terrace House after a career in teaching and school leadership. He works with adolescents, adults, elders, and couples and specializes in identity, life transitions, grief, spirituality, and their roles in family, relationships, social context, and career.

Jason is warm, inviting, and generous. His humor, sensitivity, and candor create a non-judgmental space for you to be in the moment, tell your story, and engage in self or relational exploration. Jason is very reflective, and his style of individual therapy is primarily informed by Somatic and Mindfulness-based therapies and Psychodynamic theory. As a relationship therapist, Jason combines techniques from the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy.

In Jason’s words, therapy is…

“Therapy is a collaborative, healing, here-and-now experience that is leveraged to disrupt, revise, or reaffirm how we know and understand ourselves and how we live joyful, meaningful lives.”
