Jason Heisserer is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Missouri. He earned a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University and a Doctor of Education degree from Maryville University. Jason comes to Terrace House after a career in teaching and school leadership. He works with adolescents, adults, and elders and specializes in those struggling with identity, life transitions, grief, spirituality, or their roles in their family, social context, or career.

Jason is warm, inviting, and generous. His humor, sensitivity, and candor create a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to be in the moment, tell your story, and engage in self-exploration. Jason is very reflective and his style of therapy is informed by Gestalt, Existential, and Mindfulness- and Somatic-based therapies.
