In Shannon’s words, therapy is…
Therapy is a space where you will be encouraged to be and become your most authentic self, there is no right or wrong way to show up. This is a space where we will work together to make it possible to reach your goals and live your life in alignment with your values.
We might be a good match if…
you are struggling to realize your authentic identity
you want to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others
you recognize the power of working with an LGBTQ-affirming & identifying therapist
